TAG - Closed End Showerhead Downstem
The TAG Closed End Showerhead Downstem is a fixed-length diffuser stem built to drop your draw into fine bubbles the moment it hits the water. The closed end forces air out through the showerhead slits instead of straight down, which spreads the pull into a wide curtain of small bubbles for strong diffusion and cooler, smoother airflow. It is made from heavy-wall borosilicate to hold up to daily handling.
Read the joint notation carefully, because this is the most common point of confusion. The stem's outer end that seats into your pipe is 14MM MALE. The other end is a female opening that accepts a MALE slide of the matching size. On the 14/10MM version, that female end takes a 10MM MALE slide. On the 14/14MM version, it takes a 14MM MALE slide. If your pipe has an 18MM female joint and you run a 14MM male slide, you want an 18/14MM downstem instead, not this one.
Downstems are measured from the end of the frosted joint to the tip, so length can vary about a quarter inch. Measure your current stem before ordering. Choose from lengths of 2.00", 2.25", 2.50", 2.75", 3.00", 3.25", and 6.00".

Insert lengths can vary slightly between units (±¼–½"). When purchasing replacements, always measure your insert length first.
