Shipping Policy at Glass City Pipes

We ship domestically throughout the United States directly from our headquarters in Fort Lee, NJ. We primarily ship through USPS, but occasionally use FedEx or UPS. Additionally, we may offer local pick ups to customers in the area, but this is on a case-by-case basis. Please email sales@glasscitypipes.com, with the product number, for any questions on local pick up options. We do not ship to PO boxes. See the blow paragraphs for more information on frequently asked questions. Discrete Packaging

At Glass City Pipes, we understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discretion. As a result, all of our packing is done with plain shipping material and ordinary cardboard boxes or USPS priority boxes / envelopes. There will be no mention of smoking products, smoke shops, or head shops on our packaging.

Shipping Prices

We offer free domestic shipping on all of our products. If you require international shipping, please message sales@glasscitypipes.com with the title "International Shipping - Product Name" and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you as soon as possible. Although shipping is free, it is noted that the government requires that all NJ customers must pay sales tax on purchases made from us as we are headquartered in NJ.

Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Typically, we will package and ship out our products within 24 hours, but in special circumstances processing time can stretch to over 48 hours. Once delivered to the post office, shipping time will depend on the distance from Fort Lee, NJ to the intended destination. About 90% of our products are shipping via USPS priority mail of USPS first class mail. Typical shipping time using these services is 1-3 days. All USPS orders can be tracked on the USPS website using your specific tracking number.

Items Damaged in Transit

All items damaged while in transit will be replaced with the same piece. If the same piece is not in stock, then the damaged piece will be replaced with another piece of equal, or similar, value that is agreed upon with the customer or store credit. Broken packages must be photographed and documented prior to a return package being sent out. Glass City Pipes must also be informed about the damage within 2 days of the arrival of the shipment. Please send an email to customerservice@glasscitypipes.com with your order number and the photos to begin the return process. 

Please be courteous and patient as we remedy any situations related to damaged items. We will remedy as quickly as possible and will be able to work our best with calm and understanding customers. 

Returned to Sender

Any shipments that are returned to sender, resulting from informational / address errors provided by the buyer during purchase will require payment from the buyer to be re-shipped out to the correct location. Please reach out to us using our Contact Us form to resolve these issues.
