This is the TAG 28/18MM Super Slit Showerhead Downstem, a closed-end diffuser stem built to drop into a 28MM female joint and step you down to an 18MM connection. The Super Slit showerhead tip is the working end: air is forced through a ring of fine slits and broken into a dense curtain of bubbles for heavy diffusion and a cooler, softer pull. The closed end sends all airflow through those slits rather than out the bottom, which maximizes diffusion, so set your water level just above the slits. Too little water reduces filtration, too much invites pull-through toward the mouthpiece.

The 28MM end seats into the pipe, and the 18MM end accepts a matching 18MM accessory. Note the joint notation carefully before ordering: a 28/18MM stem does not fit an 18MM or 24MM joint. If your pipe is 24MM, this will not adapt down.

Length is the number that trips people up. These are offered in several lengths from 4.00" up, measured from the end of the frosted joint to the slit tip, with roughly a quarter-inch variance piece to piece. Measure your pipe before you buy and pick the length that clears your water and seats fully. The Sandblasted Logo is etched and permanent.
