TAG – 18/14MM Closed-End Rounded Showerhead Downstem (Super Slit)
Consistent pull. Low splash. Scientific smooth.
A classic TAG upgrade, this closed-end rounded showerhead downstem is tuned for a steady, chug-free draw. The Super Slit (high-density) slit pattern multiplies active openings for fine, even diffusion, while the closed tip focuses airflow through the showerhead—great for shorter beakers where it helps reduce splashback on the clear. Also produced in standard slit styles and multiple lengths.
Key features
-
🔬 Closed-End Showerhead – Channels airflow through the slits for uniform diffusion and a consistent, low-resistance pull.

-
🧱 Borosilicate Construction – Built for daily use with a clean, scientific look.
-
⚙️ 18/14MM Joint System – Fits 18MM female joints and accepts a 14MM male slide.
-
✴️ Laser Engraved Logo – Permanent, solvent-safe marking (no printed color).
Downstem measurement note
Downstems are specified by insert length (the portion below the frosted joint).
Your beaker’s joint depth can vary, so always measure your current insert length before replacing.
