Grav Labs brought sophistication to the basement-made gravity bong. Gone are the days of scissors and 2-liter bottles of Mountain Dew. The Gravitron bong is the first all-glass gravity system, so plastic pollutants can no longer infiltrate your smoke.
The large Gravitron bong is 11 inches tall and approx. 4 inches in diameter. The outer base is designed to hold about 5.5 inches of water—the fill line sits right below the bottom of the GRAV decal. This represents Grav's second version of its iconic Gravity Bong, the main difference is that this piece is made with thicker glass and its 19mm female joint is designed to hold any 19mm male bowl.
To use the glass gravity bong, first pack the Grav 19mm funnel bowl with dry herb and then light it. After lighting, start to pull the inner bottle slowly upward, smoke from the bowl will fill the chamber. Once the bottom of the glass bottle is just below the water's surface, remove the bowl. You then use the 19mm joint as a mouthpiece. Lowering the bottle back into the chamber forces smoke up through the downstem in a pressurized flow as the user inhales from the mouthpiece. A rubber seal lines the base of the inside bottle, so the inner glass will not clink or scratch against the outer glass. This powerful gravity bong results in fast and massive hits.
